Increible el servicio que ofrecen. Nos cancelaron un vuelo cuando ya estaba realizada la orden para recoger en Narita y lo modificaron para ajustarlo al nuevo itinerario. Al día siguiente nos cambiaron de nuevo el vuelo y esta vez con destino a Haneda, a pesar de los inconvenientes, al llegar a destino teníamos nuestro paquete esperàndonos. Me faltan palabras para destacar su amabilidad y comprensión. El pocket wifi funciona de maravilla. 100% recomendables.

Great pocket WiFi. Lasted all day. Good WiFi connection even in Hakone Mt. Fuji. Bit hard to find at airport but easy to return in the mailbox.

We were able to stay connected to the internet without worrying about the data usage.

We stayed for 10 days in Fukuoka and used this premium pocket wifi without any glitch! Fast connection, user-friendly instructions and best of all, customer service help is excellent. Highly recommended for your Japan trip! Arigato!

AMAZING! there were 3 of us, we were unsure about buying or or just having a sim incase the connection wasn’t great. However it worked perfectly for all of us.. so easy to turn on and also charge while using. Connects easily and I don’t think my social media’s took a while to re load at all. Would definitely recommend as we also bought it mainly for using google maps!

Have used Japan Wireless WiFi for 3 years and have never had any problems with the product or service. The equipment was delivered to my hotel prior to my arrival which was very convenient. Posting when finished very easy process. Will always go back to using Japan Wireless on my trips to Japan
