This portable device is really convenient and the WIFI coverage is awesome. It provides me strong signal wherever I go!

Very good. The only issue I had was not Japan wireless fault but when in Japan I found google maps had to read as the streets were not in English

Always works great and is very easy to use. Nice that they come with a batter backup as well to ensure you have good Wifi all day long.

I was really impressed by my experience with Japan Wireless. They delivered my Wi-Fi to my hotel with everything I needed to get started immediately using it. They also had a convenient return service. I had no issues with the Wi-Fi throughout my trip and the device held a charge all day

Really good, it worked everywhere we went with a really strong signal. The battery lasted a long time, we charged it every night but it never went below 70%.

I was very glad I ordered this for our trip to Japan. Picked it up at the airport upon arrival. Instructions super easy. I was using it within minutes. It was so nice to be able to go on-line wherever we were with the pocket wifi! Cheaper than doing international plan through my cell phone provider too.

This was the easiest process to use for pocket wifi for visiting in Japan. The service was exceptional and the wifi worked everywhere we went. We never had an issue at all during the two weeks we were in Japan. Would recommend to anyone.

Easy pick up and return by mail. Unit performed well all across Honshu. Extra battery needed only in several occasions but I was glad I had it.
