I came to Japan for a study abroad experience and I only had the pocket wifi for about a week. It was so convenient!! It was easy to pick up, worked very well, and then was very easy to send back. I am very happy with this service and will definitely use it again, and recommend it to others.

Good coverage, even inside Shinkansen.
Easy to return by any mailbox in prepared envelope. The description for picking it up could be better, I went to the wrong counter first.

It's my first time using eSIM. I found it surprisingly easy to use and Japan Wireless provided excellent connectivity everywhere I went.

Great little devices. No issue with Reception during our 19day trip around Kanto and Kinki regions. Speeds in Osaka started dipping to the 30-40mbit, however it didn't impact navigation, browsing or uploading.

I am a frequent visitor to Tokyo and this is the service I have been using on a regular basis and it has always worked reasonably well.

All is perfect but the weight is a little too heavy
