Friendly customer service and good device with solid coverage

Super easy pick up and drop off. The service on the device worked great and the battery lasted all day. I just charged it at night and it worked great. No problems and will be doing this again if I come back to Japan.

I used the 5g unlimited for 18 days in japan (tokyo, hakone, takayama, kyoto, osaka) had great service the whole time. I didn't have a problem but if the esim didn't work they offered a pocket wifi for no extra charge.

The WiFi we used during our vacation was excellent! Everything worked perfectly, and my kids were very satisfied with the service throughout our stay. We really enjoyed using it!

It was very easy and uncomplicated to activate the eSim. I used it the complete stay in Tokyo and it worked perfect. Next time, I will book Japan Wireless eSim again.
