No complaints about this service. It was easy to pick up the wireless device at the airport and it worked flawlessly through our whole trip across southern Japan. My sister, who was unhappy that she bought a sim card instead, shared my wifi with no noticeable issues for either of us. Although they included an external power source, we never needed it because the device had enough juice for our daily usage. It was also easy to return in the provided pre-paid envelope.

This is a really simple to use and cost effective way to ensure you have internet connection in Japan. Although a lot of places have free wifi, when you're travelling and using Google maps etc this is essential.

WiFi was wroking great, with pretty good speed at 99% of places. During my trip my device malfunctioned, but after swift comunication with support team I got new device delivered. Very good service!

with the constant use of Google maps and Google translate, having our own portable wifi was really essential for our trip. We were so glad to have rented it!

Initially we were going to receive the device at our “hotel.” However, we received a message from the company saying, “can we take it to the nearest post office because your hotel has no front receptionist.” HOW wonderful for them to plan ahead and already find that out. Then they communicated SO FASR with us to say that we were landing too late on Friday and the post office would be closed. So they asked us what terminal we were landing into and sent it to the NEAREST counter at the airport! I have NEVER in my LIFETIME experienced SUCH AMAZING customer service. Never saw a physical person but the service of trying to CHASE us down was commandable! We walked and toured for over 12 hours /day and used Google Map all day everyday. Trying to navigate between the four of us all day. They even provide the charger. We had an extra but I highly recommend you take an extra charger with you during use. The drop off was super easy. No payment or stamps needed… the janitor at the airport saw the device in our hand and led us to the box which wa sleds then 20 steps away. Thank you for providing this service- HIGHLY recommend it!

Second time using this company’s premium WiFi. Very helpful to have WiFi everywhere you go. Especially for walking directions calling an Uber and just looking up places to go!

Japan-wireless was fantastic. They had my order packet ready at the airport and it worked flawlessly during my trip in Tokyo. Returning it was as easy as dropping it in the mailbox at Haneda airport. Will definitely use them again.
