The wifi was at our hotel as requested and our last hotel posted it back. Easy! The wifi was our lifeline while revelling. Definitely recommended.

This is my second time using Japan Wireless. Convenient and easy to use as always. Will get them again on my next trip to Japan.

Worked wonderfully... Kept me online & able to communicate throughout my stay. Very fast, too. Even with several devices connected.

Had a great experience with Japan Wireless! It was super easy to pick up and drop off and the wifi was great! Would definitely recommend!

I reserved the portable hotspot for me and my family for this trip. It worked fantasticly. Everyone has great speeds almost everywhere we went. Highly recommended.

Uninterrupted, high speed network at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended

Very easy to use and lasts all day. Came with extra battery pack but didn’t need it. I had the package delivered directly to my hotel and dropped it off at Lawson which is located in every other street! Will definitely use Japan Wireless again and recommend highly to others

I reserved and rented a Wifi router from Japan Wireless during our recent one month trip. We picked up in the airport and immediately benefited with easy access to train schedules, maps etc via Wifi. We travelled throughout Japan, and even on remote hikes almost always had access to the internet. Instructions are clear and the unit worked very well. Drop off is extremely convenient and easy. I 100% recommend!

The Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi service was great. We had good wifi service throughout Japan and it was extremely reliable and helpful. Great pickup and return service. Would certainly use again. Thank you.
