It was good to have in areas outside major cities

Best decision to ever book these pocket wifi! Very fast, unlimited data and worked everywhere! Easy to take and return on the airport!

Excellent product worked without any issues during the whole trip. 5/5

They have consistently given me an easy-to-use website, great customer service and awesome unlimited data that isn't throttled. I choose them every time!!

Good coverage all over Japan. Easy to handle, easy to charge.

Easy to pick up at the airport or have delivered to your hotel. Also easy to return with the pre-paid envelope. Just add a reminder on your phone to mail it back before airport security!

Premium Wi-Fi was great!

The device served us so well on our wonderful and memorable visit to Japan
1.Easy to book on line.
2. Delivered on time at our hotel with power Pack and return envelope.
3.Easy to connect for even a nonteck.
4. Worked like a dream(wonderfully)
5.Simply pop it in the envelope and put it in a postbox at airport or In the city.
6.Very reasonably priced

Very effective pocket wifi. Have rented these elsewhere in Asia but Japan Wireless provides a post marked return envelope that our hotel was able to return.

this product was a lifesaver whilst travelling around japan. It was delivered to my hotel so was there when I arrived and really easy to set up. The power pack lasted for ages I never had to use the spare one. When we were leaving just posted it in postbox at airport using prepaid package
