Good value WiFi with great organisation.

Excellent delivery and return policy. No problems with connectivity. Easy to use.

As from the information on the website, this gave clear instructions for collection use and return. Everything was so easy. The pocket wifi was so light so carrying around did not cause any issues. Connection was excellent no matter where we were. Highly recommended.

Very good price for the 38 day period. Good coverage throught Honshu and Kyshu islands. Average battery life but the provide a backup powerpak that came in useful. Their support staff was aesily available and English was passable. I would use them again.

Everything went smoothly - connection was very good - the additional charger was very helpful - pick-up and drop off were also easy to do. Will definitely use Japan Wireless again if I'm lucky enough to visit Japan again.

Don't go to Japan without having your own portable WiFi router.

Worked great and had no problems getting, setting up, or staying connected while using. Was connected with 2 phones the entire time and didn't even need to use the backup battery. Very fast connection and reasonably priced. Used mostly for maps and communicating with friends and family. Not having to deal with my phone carrier's overseas plan was a big relief. 100% would use again.

Rented this for 23 days, supported us as a couple with two phones and iPad. Never let us down and invaluable when travelling ( we hired a car for part of our trip.) it’s small fits in pocket or handbag. Has good range so we didn’t have to be next to each other. Good battery life and second battery useful as backup. Easy to pick up and drop off.
