Couldn’t have been happier with the WiFi service. It was a seamless pickup. Instructions were easy to read and follow. We were able to connect to WiFi everywhere we went. We didn’t have to use the backup battery that much, and the drop off was simple. Would definitely use the service when I’m in Japan again. ❤️

The wifi was really good.

About a simple as you can get to rent, pick up, use, and return. Functioned very well. I would use Japan Wireless again.

Product worked perfect! Just power it on and the product does the rest itself. It could not be more easy. Great range and speed.

We have done this for several trips, and it gives us connectivity while in Japan while keeping the high charges from our domestic carrier at bay.

Used this on my 10-day vacation to Japan. It was cheaper than getting an international plan on my cell phone so I did wi-fi calling. Other people in our group said their cell signal wasn't reliable and wished they had did the pocket wi-fi. It was super easy to order ahead and have it delivered to my hotel. When the trip was over I just put it in the postbox at the airport with the pre-paid envelope that was provided. Signal was reliable, I never had an issue connecting.
