It's nice to always have wifi available and the device is roughly the size of the average mans wallet. My only complaints are the battery life could have been longer (although an extra battery pack was provided so this wasn't a big issue) and it would sometimes randomly lose connection, happened 3 or 4 times a day on average but only for a few minutes while it reconnected.

The device worked easily and installing it was a breeze. Signal was excellent . ! It came out very effective for me and i was worry free to know i was always connected !thanks Japan Wireless !

Great snd easy to use

Fantastic WiFi connection all over Japan! Very impressed with delivery to the hotel and have the portable WiFi, spare battery, charging cord and plug, all in a cute pouch to keep everything together, waiting for me when I checked in. A prepaid envelope is included and drop off the the airport is most convenient. 200% recommended. Will use this service again next visit.
