Great tool for wifi. My family and I did not have issue with the unit. Easy to use and portable. When we got the first unit in the airport it was working so we called it in. They send us a new unit to our hotel right away. Will use it again when I visit Japan. Thank you!

Perfect pocket wifi !

I also rent a WiFi hotspot when I visit Japan. Japan Wireless makes it very easy to get the hotspot delivered to my hotel so I receive it as soon as I check in. The connection is excellent throughout my entire trip. They also provide a postal envelope so I can drop it in the mailbox at the airport right before my flight. This is a very reliable service!

Ha funzionato tutto perfettamente. Non è facilissimo trovare il chiosco per il ritiro all’aeroporto, dovrebbe essere in posizione più visibile! Il wi-fi ha funzionato benissimo.
