Your service was amazing. It was so continent to get around Japan

The unit worked perfectly from Tokyo to Fukuoka. Long battery life, never had an issue. I will use Japan Wireless on my next trip to my favorite place.

Our pocket WiFi was at our hotel when we checked in and the envelope to return it was included. Since it was preaddressed and postage paid, the hotel staff said she could drop it in the mail for us. It was great to always have good internet connection. Would definitely rent one again.

Everything turned up exactly where we requested and the wifi had a great connection, worked well.

Very happy with the wifi provided.

I've used Japan Wireless 3 times on trips to Japan. The website and ordering process is easy and straightforward. I've had no problems with delivery to my hotel by the time I check in. The service coverage of the devices is great and the extra battery pack included has been critical for continued connection several times. I'm very pleased with the overall experience with Japan Wireless and will use them again in the future.

Very good product had no issues with connection anywhere I went

Worked as advertised. No complaints!

It just worked and was a blessing help while traveling Japan. Always having a connection to the internet.

Thanks so much. Easy Wifi!
