What a great service. The WiFi was waiting for us on arrival at our hotel and our hotel reception posted back for us when we left.
Really easy to use. Always had signal and never ran out of battery!

Service was great throughout our whole trip with very few places where we wouldn't have signal. The only 2 things I think could improve are: 1) there's just one cable to charge both the powerbank and the device. This often meant I had to wait until one thing charged to charge the other, waking up in the middle of the night or risking not having internet for the whole day the next day.
2) I also felt that the powerbank was not enough to charge the device fully. I had battery for around 8 hours and then maybe 4 more after connecting to the powerbank.

Every year i visit japan i always use japan wireless. They never fail me in terms of satisfaction
