Pick-up and drop off process was very easy. Coverage was excellent everywhere I went in Japan. Customer service and communication was excellent. Highly recommended for those traveling to Japan.
Great service
Fantastic service and great coverage. Thank you! :-)
Very good service on every aspect during our 3-week stay in Japan
Excellent service
Everything worked properly and was really helpful in the more rural areas. Recommended
Hemos alquilado el servicio de Japan Wireless para nuestra estancia de 14 días. Recogimos el router en el primer hotel y lo devolvimos en un buzón del aeropuerto. Funciona perfectamente y trae una batería de repuesto. Muy recomendable.
We always had great reception and were very happy with it. I can only recommend Japan Wireless.
Everything was there on time and it worked straight out of the box. Without internet Japan wouldn't have been as easy to navigate and communicate in.
The entire experience was exactly as I wanted. Easy pick up, straight forward to use, good signal everywhere and drop off at airport post box made it perfect.
