Hassle free transaction. It was delivered to our hotel, and it was there already when we checked it. Signal is good, and the battery life of the wifi is also good. It lasts the whole day.

The first unit they sent I think was already old as the battery drains so fast, like fully charged it and after an hour battery is drained.

I sent them an email reporting the issue and asking for a replacement unit, their reply was so fast and the replacement unit was already ready for pick up at the post office on the same day!

That really impressed me. Aside from their fast action, the internet service was also superb! I never experienced any dead spot, I always had signal, and the speed was really fast.

On our next trip to Japan, we will surely get Japan wireless again. It's quite affordable, great customer service, fast and reliable internet connection.
