Flawless performance. Internet speed was excellent and we had signal all the way, wherever we went. If I ever come to Japan again, I will use Japan Wireless!

This was a great tool for me to enable reliable internet access while still having access to my messages etc from my mobile number . I was planning to use it with mobile roaming with my Australian provider (Telstra ) but their coverage was so poor I was completely reliant on this wi fi. Thank goodness I had it, and it worked great.

Bought the SIM online for delivery to my hotel. It was waiting for me when I arrived. Put it in my phone, followed the instructions for set up and it worked straight away. Great service and saved me a fortune on paying to use my own mobile abroad.

Very happy with the pocket wifi, excellent coverage wherever we went. The backup battery supplied was big enough to keep the unit charged, but we took a larger seperate backup with us instead to keep both phones and the pocket wifi charged.

It was such an easy process to acquire and return. I've never used this type of service before and I have to say it was amazing! Made traveling around Japan so much more easier, convenient and stress free. There was never a time when the connection cut out. Signal was strong throughout my travels thru the three cities and the battery life was exceptional. I would only need to charge it at night and even then after about 16hrs of use there was still about quarter battery life left, so I was never worried about it dying or needing charge. Thank you for such an awesome product and service. I have already recommended it to all my friends and family who are gonna visit Japan next year!
