The team answers questions promptly and the connection was overall good.

Good service. Reasonable price.

Rental was smooth and service was excellent.

I found myself in a somewhat unfortunate situation being without Wi-Fi or a phone plan right before a move. Japan wireless quickly and seamlessly sent me a pocket WiFi with simple and easy to read instructions. The entire service exceeded my expectations and really helped me out for a very reasonable price.

I have used Japan wireless for 3 occasions and I have always had excellent prompt customer service. Highly recommended.

I needed to rent a pocket wifi within 2 days and Golden Week was about to start. I contacted Japan Wireless and they responded the same day. They ensured that I was able to pick up at the post office with an open schedule during the weekends and holidays. I am thankful in their efficiency to quickly find an open post office near me and mail the pocket wifi. I would recommend their services if you are in urgent need.
