I have used pocket Wi-Fi’s on all my trips to Japan. It is easy to use and set up is easy. Convenient and will use on all my trips to Japan.

Picking up the device and using it was easy, I had zero issues during my 10 days trip.

Hassle free service and the pocket wifi was waiting for us at our hotel.

Very easy to book, friendly staff at the airport and so practical that you can just drop it off in a mailbox to return it before leaving Japan. We never encountered any connection problem. Thank you!

Dependable rental wifi

The equipment worked excellent. People at the service desk can be a bit more friendly.

Did what it was suppose to do. Able to get at least 8 devices on to use when we were together. Needed to get a couple more hotspots because when we separated, the devices that were near hotspot was able to use WiFi.

I have used Japan wireless pocket wifi on multiple visits to Japan, either picking it up at the airport or having it delivered to the hotel. In terms of delivery, cost, performance, and ease of use, I can't think of a better product!

Cannot recommend this service highly enough. The unit was delivered to my hotel when stated and worked perfectly throughout my two week stay in Osaka/ Tokyo. Returning the unit was simple courtesy of a prepaid envelope (and the amazing Japanese postal service !) Trouble free wifi whilst abroad - perfect.
