Perfect! It was so great to have on the trip. Everywhere we went we had WiFi when needed! A must if you’re traveling around Japan.

Never had any issues during my 14 day travel in Japan! I was always connected to the internet and it was fast!

The whole experience was seamless, easy and perfectly functional. Starting from easy retrieval from the booth at the airport, activation, usage and hassle free return throu postal service. I would absolutely reccomend the service and shall I return to Japan I will be a customer again

I can not say it was flawless. Could have been our device, it did drop in rare occasion. it worked just fine for the majority of time. if I were getting another eSIM, I will most likely get one again.

Perfect service as usual

Very convenient and useful for frequent travelers like us.

indispensable pour notre sejour au Japon. Aucun soucis de connexion quelque soit les lieux, grnade ou village.

Timely delivery. After about a month, there was a smallmalfunction and the service team helped try to fix it over an email exchange. When that did not work, they exchanged the Wifi without problem, and right away. Great service.

As advertised. Very simple to pickup and drop off.

Connection speed was very good. Battery lasted all day on most days. Also very convenient pick-up and drop-off, no need to wait in line at a counter.
