Always Reliable and Helpful everytime I go to Japan

Best wi-fi pocket for travel
Great service.

Device was delivered to hotel which was great, it was easy to connect and worked wonderfully well. We would have been lost without it

No hassle using the pocket wifi….Signal coverage was great. …I recommend to all who will visit Japan …Thanks Japan Wireless

Fast service and fast internet. Really recommend. Everything was nice and easy. Will use again next time we are in Japan. Thanks

Pocket Wi-Fi was great! Easy pickup and return at the airport and the signal and battery life were well worth the price! Great value.

Choosing Japan Wireless was one of the best choices of our trip. We had access to maps and translation apps everywhere we went. Pick up and drop off were super easy. I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with Japan Wireless during my 8-day visit to Japan. The service was reasonably priced and the hotspot device I rented provided seamless connection to the web during my stay. The device was delivered to my hotel prior to my arrival and waiting for me upon arrival. The package included a charging cable and a back-up battery to charge from if a power outlet was not available. The package also included a postage-paid return mailer which could be mailed back to them at post boxes adjacent to the check-in counters a Osaka airport. I would recommend this service to anyone arriivng from overseas and looking to stay connected!

Seamless, user friendly and convenient!

We had a very good experience overall. Were happy we boutgh this. A must when traveling around. Only issue that keeps it from a 5 star is that the WiFi sometimesstoped working and we had to restart it. It happend multiple times during our trip. Not a big issue, but an annoyance.
