During my last visit to Japan, I used the portable wifi from Japan Wireless and had a smooth experience so I tried the eSIM this time. I ordered it and reviewed the instructions a few days beforehand. I activated it during landing and it was ready to use before I got off the plane. The Japan Wireless eSIM made my trip so much better. I was able to use their affordable data plan on my phone to do everything that I usually do. Highly recommended service for fast data while you're in Japan!

For the two weeks we were in Japan having a WiFi connection was really worthwhile as it made travelling around helpful - being able to look up trains, buses and maps - wonderful - thank you for the service.

This is the third time I rented from Japan Wireless. i never had any issues with the devices and I always stay connected while I was in Japan. It also comes with a charger and a portable battery. Pickup and dropoff is easy as well. Highly recommended

一時帰国の度に　色々な会社のサービスを使ってみています。一長一短でした。今回は御社のサービスを使用して、Wi-Fiの機械自体が小さく一度の充電で持続時間がとても長かったです。モバイルバッテリーも無料で受け取っていましたが、使うことなく過ごせました。家族との共有もスムーズで　トラブルなしでした。
飛行場受け取り、郵便で返却をしましたがどちらもスムーズでした。返却ご御社から返却完了のメールを頂けたのもよかったです。
