We decided to rent a pocket Wi-Fi in Japan instead of fretting individual SIM cards and it was the right decision m. The pocket Wi-Fi worked flawlessly and allowed us (3 travelers) to stay connected everywhere we went. The only problem we had was that the charging cable failed half way through the trip. Luckily we had a spare so we were able to continue using the device. Super easy renting this device from Japan wireless. Reserved 3 days before we arrived in Tokyo and it was waiting for us at our hotel. Super easy return via post office as well. I recommend it highly.
Placed my order right before my flight departed the US and it was waiting for pickup on my arrival in Japan. Internet service was great and the battery lasted long. Highly recommend!

Easy booking and pick up. Awesome coverage!! Had no problems at all. Then just drop it in a post office box at the airport on the way back and that’s it!
Japan Wireless unlimited plan is very very convenient. Pick up is easy at Haneda airport but you need to know the correct location on the departure level. Having pocket WIFI 24/7 unlimited is a no brainer and facilitate your visit to beautiful Japan. I would take it again without doubt next time i come to this country.
This service was so easy to use and saved me so much unnecessary stress during my trip in Japan. The pickup and drop-off was easy to understand and seamless, and the quality of internet provided by this hotspot was above and beyond what I expected. Japan Wireless was easy to order, they delivered it to my hotel, and returning it was convenient with the included self-addressed envelope that was included. Coverage was reliable everywhere I went and battery life was excellent.
It came with a power bank whcih was very convinient becasue we used it straight the whole day. The process of getting it and returning was also very convinient and fast. Cost is better than the others.
