Reliable supplier! not hassle arriving in Japan.

Was easy to use. Coverage, speed, and battery life were all good. Would definitely use again.

Makes your life and trip that much more convenient and comfortable. Much recommended!

I was very happy with the product. I ordered online to be delivered to my hotel when I arrived in Tokyo. I was able to have it on for the whole trip with 3 of us using the wifi. Super convenient return prior to our departure at the airport. Highly recommend.

Was connected the whole time I was in Japan

Since I started traveling to Japan in 2015, every year, I always rely on the services of Japan Wireless pocket WiFi. Fast service, easy process to follow from booking, to use until return. I have no complaints, I’m extremely satisfied. I am happy.

WiFi was shared by 2 people. I never experienced any issues. It came with the portable wifi, charger and portable battery. All 3 times got in my small crossbody bag. 10/10

Worked perfectly, great bandwidth and speed for 4 people and 8 devices. Coverage everywhere we needed it, easy to get and return.

I made a mistake and had my wifi sent to the wrong airport, they helped me fix this with such ease, and it was there for me when I got to my hotel! Thank you so much!!

Very convenient and affordable, value for money. It is a must have for every tourist going to Japan. Will surely order again when I go back. Thank you, Japan Wireless, and more power!
