We used this device for three travelers and five devices. I requested delivery to our hotel and it was waiting when I checked in. It was super easy to use and small enough to fit in a purse or small knapsack. It even came with a spare battery. An incredible bargain.

This is the second time I have used a SIM-card from Japan-wireless during a months stay in Japan. It is highly recommended! Trustworthy delivery and outstanding connection without glitches. What more can one require!?

I'd recommend this wi-fi hotspot to anyone traveling in Japan and is using data a lot (for YouTube, Google Maps, online play, etc.). It's fairly priced, has easy instructions, can last almost 10 hours, and is easy to carry around.

Reliable and fast. We rented 2 pocket wifi for me and my husband. No problems encountered for our 8 days stay in Japan. The power bank that came with it, greatly appreciated. Will use japan wireless again.

Arrived at the hotel and easy installation

Solid, reliable, great coverage, good speed, exactly what I needed.

Used the WiFi hotspot for two weeks and it worked flawlessly wherever we were. In the big cities or in the countryside we had fast reliable connectivity.100% recommend. Collection and return were both super easy. Thoroughly recommended.

Japan Wireless allows us to keep connected during our travel

Although we had global roaming from our home country supplier having WiFi was a calming and easy experience and meant we didn’t not have to be concerned about going over our data limit and having slow internet especially when needing our internet access for theme parks

Easy to order, easy pick-up and return. No downtime. We ised it for 3 devices and we did not have any problem. We will avail this service again when we come back to Japan!
