It's my second time using Japan Wireless pocket WiFi and I must say it has never let me down. Great and fast connection, even in smaller villages. Would recommend it 100%!

A reliable pocket wifi is one of the greatest traveling tools when touring foreign countries. We researched a number of companies and their products and i found Japan Wireless and their products to rate highly. After using the premium wifi for 10 days, i could find no fault. Delivered to our hotel on time, the spare power bank allowed us to maintain wifi all day and the device worked seamlessly the entire time. Great product. Great company.

I did notice that the unit got bit warm during heavy use, especially with the external battery. Didn't cause any problems for us though

If you like having wifi where ever you go then you will need this device. Easy to order and pick up. Wifi reception coverage was always very strong and they provide you with charger, bag for accessories and extra battery. Will definitely recommend to others and will use again when I return to Japan.

Great experience

I asked the wifi router to be delivered to my hotel in Tokio and it was indeed there when I arrived. Setup only cost me about 5 minutes and was very easy. It was so handy to be always connected and to having to fiddle around when switching unreliable public wifi networks. Great value for money!

Absolutely essential to finding your way around when you can’t read the signs and don’t speak the language.

Easy to book! However a little difficult to find the store at Haneda airport. If the instructions on how to get to the store were on the actual website and more clear would be better. Wifi device comes with portable charger which is great. Happy with the service!
