So glad I chose to use one of these on my trip to Japan! The pick up and drop off my so easy and it was such a great little device to have. Would definitely use again in future.

From the moment I picked up the package at the post office, I had the ability to communicate with family at home (in USA) and navigate myself to any destination. I highly recommend using the pocket WiFi provided by Japan-wireless. There was never a moment in which I was without service. It was solid in Tokyo, as we traveled by Shinkansen, and as we roamed around in Kyoto.

I rented this via their website for my one week stay in Tokyo. The process was seamless and the device and charger was ready for pickup at the airport post office, just as promised. The unit worked great over the whole week that we rented it. Both my husband and I connected our phones to it right away and it made for a stress-free time while maneuvering throughout the Tokyo subways. We never had a problem getting online and the internet speed was great. The return was easy...put the rented items into the provided self addressed envelope and drop it in a post box at the airport before heading home. Couldn't be easier. I highly recommend Japan Wireless for your wifi hotspot needs. If I am ever lucky enough to visit Tokyo again, I would definitely rent from them again.

Loved this pocket WiFi during our 2 week vacation throughout Japan. Great signal strength and even better battery life. Fast internet and kept us connected. Would highly recommend!

The basis for a convenient travel, always on to make full use of todays' features such as Google maps and all the rest... very reliable, fast and convenient support by the supplied (extra) powerbank.

It worked very good and was very convenient to have for our entire trip.

I have been using this every time I travel to Japan. Very convenient to order online as well as the pick up of the unit from the airport.

Great performance and easy to start up. Only when the battery got exhausted it was a little messy to reboot and start it up again.
