I rented the premium wifi, and I have to say that everything went perfectly smoothly. From receiving the device at the airport to deliver it again. I had wifi everywhere, with more speed that I could want, and a the device came with a rechargeable battery.

Never failed us, even on the small island my wife is from, it worked! Pocket wifi came with an extra battery pack that i used for both charging the wifi and our phones on those long travel days. Price was very reasonable. I had it shipped the hotel we stayed at, it was waiting for me with no issues. thanks!!!

Very easy to order and return. Little did we know that it was waiting for us when we checked in at our hotel, we didn't expect it till the next day. Connecting to it was simple and we used it the entire trip.

Your product was EXCELLENT !
The parcel was already in my hotel when i arrived and the way the sim card module was made was very convinient for every type of phone(including mine) .
The data speed was very good and stable , and i never experienced a single out-of-service issue.
A true , useful companion in my trip in Japan.
I would totally recommend it to a friend and i'll use it again , the next time i'll me in Japan.
