The mobile Wi-Fi unit was delivered to my hotel in Tokyo and was given to me when I checked in at the hotel. The unit was easy to use and worked flawlessly.

So necessary when in Japan! Very helpful and works great! Highly recommended.

Small compact and can use it all over japan. i've bee to hokkaido to osaka with no issues besides being underground like in subway walkways and tunnels. if there's any downside it overheats a lot so every 3-4 hours turn it off for 30min or so and recharge it every 8 hours as mine constantly says 50% battery life no matter what.

Consegna del Pocket Wifi avvenuta presso l'hotel appena arrivati, e subito funzionante. La batteria copriva tranquillamente le 10 ore e dopo si poteva tenere in carica con la power bank in dotazione. Linea veloce e comoda la riconsegna tramite i post box anche in aeroporto.

Pocket WiFi was problem free; preferred using the pocket WiFi rather than the slower “free WiFi” services advertised at many malls, hotels, and restaurants. Having device delivered to our hotel, we received it upon checking in to our room, and began using it immediately! Device was especially useful while using google map app and translation apps. This was my 5th trip to Japan since retiring and my 4th with Japan-Wireless pocket WiFi’s. I regretfully used a competitor on my 4th, but failed to note that there was a limit to data use. Once reached, my download speed dropped significantly to the point of it being rather useless! Lesson learned. I will always use Japan-Wireless! Everything is provided: charger, usb cable, case, spare battery charging unit, & return mail envelope. Very convenient!
