Easy use, Strong signal and unlimited packet
Very recommended for our trip in Japan

Your service is amazing right from the start with the easy online sign up and ordering to the choice of pick up locations, the neat packaging, clear instructions, great wifi connection and easy return after use. I often travel, but the service I experienced from Japan-wireless and in the country of Japan in general is the best in class!

Whenever and wherever we are in Japan, we always use Japan Wireless pocket wifi. Signal always strong, it never automatically turns off unlike other pocket wifi’s. We’ve had some minor problems in the past but customer service replies fast and problem solved quickly. Highly recommended!

Great product

Easy to collect at the airport! The battery lasted all day without needing a charge, we didn't need to use the portable charger pack. The signal was very reliable, even on the subway. We would definitely use this again on our next visit

Worked out very well. Order was straight forward. Just picked up the ordered SIM Card in the Postal Office of the Narita Airport, inserted the Card and followed the instructions that were inside of the Package. 500 MB per Day is more than what you need to navigate with Google Maps and some use of your Messengers. Mobile coverage is extreme in Tokyo so we didnt have any problems with the connection at all. What can i say? 5/5 Ladys and Gentelmen :)

Worked great

We got the pocket premium wifi during our visit to Tokyo and Kyoto over 12 days. I would say it was the most useful thing we purchased for the trip as we used it a lot for navigating around the subway system, contacting friends and map usage. The extra battery was essential for us as we had to use it almost every day when out and about. Just remember to charge every night! The service worked extremely smoothly picking up at airport and mailing it back before we left Japan.

Essential to maximace Japanese visit

Over the course of two weeks the pocket wifi made my stay in Japan very flexible, allowing me to communicate with friends and family easily. The hot spot relies on LTE connection though, so if you're up high in the mountains, it will more than likely not work (I was in the mountains of Nagasaki and quickly learned this). Overall a great product and very much worth the $94 for 16 days
