As a first time traveler to Japan, Japan Wireless was perfect for me. They delivered the pocket wifi straight to my hotel, so when I arrived and checked in I got my device at the same time. The internet worked very well, was so fast and I never ran into any issues. I stayed for 3 weeks, and the price was amazing for that long of a time. When I come to Japan again, I will look to use Japan Wireless again! Thank you so much!

Efficient, easy to use, stable

I traveled in October/November and it was very easy to use. I had signal everywhere from the moment I arrived at the airport in Japan. I was able to connect multiple devices and the cost was very affordable.

There were some occasions where the signal was weak and my screen froze during a call with my colleagues in the UK. But for anything else, I didn't encounter any issues, so I have no complaints. Thanks.

We never had any issues with data signal nor wifi connection. Been hauling this thing from morning to late night and the battery never gave up on us. The return process is very easy as well... just put it in the envelop it came with and drop it in the red post box at the airport. They will send an email the next day that says they receive the unit back. I would definitely use their service again.

This is a MUST HAVE device when you are visiting Japan. Great way to access your maps, web, chat apps, and everything under the internet sun.

We were impressed at how well this little gadget worked flawlessly during our recent travels in Japan. I charged the device at night, and it was enough for the next day. Of course, we weren’t heavy users — only two phones and a tablet, and our internet usage was restricted to texting, email, Google translate, Google maps and surfing the web. The gadget was also small enough so it wasn’t any trouble just tucking it in my purse while gallivanting around. The power bank was reassuring even though I only used it two times during the entire three weeks. Overall, two thumbs up and would not hesitate to use Japan Wireless again on our next Japan travels.
