This was my first experience at using this portable Wi-fi device in Japan. It was easy to order, easy to set up and easy to return after use. I had full coverage 24/7. It was also helpful navigating my way around Japan via google maps!

It was great, even on a ship we had most of the time connection to the www.

Superb

Allways OK.

Really convenient and helped us a lot along our trip!!

Easy to use. Useful collect it at the airport and the drop off at the Post office. Best solution!

The device was easy to use and the internet speed was good. We had a little problem at Japan Wireless with one of our devices, so it is better to be able to call JW customer center. They were very helpful although

I had a great experience using the pocket wifi. It worked everywhere we went and the battery lasted all day long given primarily maps and search usage.

The Wi-Fi box works fast and reliable, but carrying the box and the charger is quite heavy.
The charger should be lighter weight.
