this portable wifi was a godsend.. We used it with our navigation apps on our smart phones. However the separate battery backup provided with the portable wifi was insufficient for both the smart phone and portable wifi, so we purchased an additional one for our 2 week trip to Japan.

We'ved used this service many, many times as it makes communication and navigation stress free. A necessity, and the process is so easy. They deliver anywhere and drop off is a breeze.

During my last three trips to Japan, I have used Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi and it is faster, more consistent (always connected), best performing compared to another pocket WiFi I had used on my first two trips. Not only is the device excellent, but the customer service is also great! I will continue to only use Japan Wireless for my next trips to Japan.

Easy to pick up, to use and to return. Good battery and Amazing coverage. I just wish they're was a plan for long stay because it Can become quiet expensive
