Great service, quickly connection.
We are very satisfied with this product.
100% recomendable if you are 4 people who travel together.

Was able to have a two hour long video conference while traveling in a train near Amanohashidate, pretty impressive speed and connectivity.

Perfect for travelers in Japan. Had full connectivity everywhere with high speeds.

The gadget worked perfectly and helped a lot during my stay in Tokyo. Also, easy to return with self addressed envelop you can mail anywhere.

Booking, collecting and returning was made really easy. The device had good reception and connection speed.

The pocket wi-fi held its charge all day and we never had to use the portable battery to charge it. We were using two phones with google maps being open near constantly. Never dropped out, internet connection was impeccable! Would definitely get again!

Thank-you so much for the reliable service. Upon check in to my hotel, the package already there and very user friendly to set up. Connection was also excellent and we never ran out of battery but the spare charger came in very handy. Would definitely use your service again the next time I go to Japan.

Device worked flawlessly and was extremely useful. Worked nearly everywhere we went, which was great.

The provided battery pack was not working properly, as it would not charge the wifi device, despite being fully charged.

We used our own battery pack and it was fine.

It is good service. No drama running and good speed. I would use it again.

Everything went like clockwork. The Japan Wireless internet connection worked like a charm
