Service is reliable. Support was great for any issues.

I highly recommend Japan Wireless. Not only is it an affordable solution to not adding a data plan to your cellphone service but the customer service is excellent. I messed up the date of pickup and would not be able to pickup the pocket wifi on the date I originally stated in my order and instead of me having to go back to the airport the next day to pick it up, they had it sent to my hotel right away. Arigatou gozaimasu!

Fast, reliable, long lasting

Our trip would’ve been extremely stressful without the use of this pocket Wi-Fi! It was a God send!

It was convenient to pick up and drop off.

Worked great

Easy to use and we have signal anywhere in kansai area. Very convenient and life saver. Arigato 🙏

My mates and I used this in Tokyo and Sapporo and it worked great. It never cut out but we found resetting it a couple times a day necessary

Very good thanks for your product

Excellent battery life and coverage.
