No lag and fast connection!

My experience with Japan Wireless was fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. My wifi was at the hotel when I arrived. Easily connected within a few moments- to the kids relief! I was never without wifi and it made the trip that much nicer to know we could always find our way and translate quickly. Very satisfied customer, and if returning to Japan will definitely use these guys again. Thanks for making our trip outstanding!

Very useful and it works correctly all the days

This is the fourth trip I have made using a Japan Wireless pocket wifi, and this time I was able to compare with users relying on a supposedly international pocket wifi, users on an Americal telco service, and users of a local telco's roaming service. The Japan Wireless remained consistently useful throughout the trip, the others tended to have spotty signals and significant slowdowns from time to time. Also, I just realized Japan Wireless' terms are very generous: the unit is to be returned by 3 pm of the day *after* your rental ends, so that's practically a one day extension! Also very convenient to pick it up from airport and mail back at the airport.

The unit provided worked great and the additional power bank made sure it lasted all day. Will definitely use the service again next time!

As the title says, good option for mobile internet, barely any downtime. I would've liked it more if the features for the pocket wifi was avaliable in phone sim form so I don't have to carry another device around.

Great Wi-Fi service for our family of 4 travels throughout Osaka, Kyoto, Hemiji and Kobe. No issues with device or service. Opted for pick-up from airport. Quick and easy. Drop off in mail box for device return. Battery lasts whole day and comes with complementary powerbank. Highly recommended!

We rented a hotspot for a week for travels from Tokyo to Osaka. Service was reliable throughout the entire trip. (The only exception was on the Shinkansen but even the train's onboard WiFi was slow.) It was quick to pick up from the airport and return to the post box at the departing airport. Battery life for the hotspot device was good enough that we only had to charge it once with the provided external battery. Highly recommend if you are on a trip with multiple devices to connect.
