It was the best way to always have a strong internet connection and was working fine all the way.

Very great product. Easy to pick up and drop off. Battery life was also amazing and lasted almost the whole day before using the complimentary portable charger(another huge plus). I would highly recommend their services and will be using them again on my next trip to Japan!

Very excellent service

We visited Japan several weeks ago and upon arrival our Premium Wi-Fi device was waiting for us. The device worked perfectly throughput our trip, even on the bullet train. I fully recommend Japan Wireless to anyone wanting reliable internet.

The collection at the airport was quick and easy, the service was great (family of four used the link for the entire trip with no need to roam on our phones) and simple dropped it on the post box at the airport. Great value for us.

It is an excellent service offered by the company easy to use for a traveller to navigate to places. Definitely recommended.

Pocket Wifi is a must have in Japan, even thought texting is ok but not connecting to the net. Easy pickup, connection was easy, and had no issue. Already recommended a friend to use Japanese Wireless.
