Traveled to Japan for 2 weeks, Osaka, Kyoto, & Tokyo in June 2023. The wifi device died after using for the first week, I guess due to over heating. I called customer service and they sent a replacement device to my hotel in Kyoto. The device arrived before I even got to the hotel. Thank you for an awesome customer service!

The unit was waiting for us at our hotel when we checked in. It worked awesome for multiple units and other than the occasional loss of coverage on the bullet train it worked beautifully. Placing it the return packaging provided and slipping it into a mailbox at the airport on our way home was so convenient. Will definitely use Japan Wireless on our next visit.

When I visit Japan, I always get my wifi from Japan Wireless. The unit has always been on time, works well and the return is easy.

The set I received had a issue on charging cable. The customer service sent me the new set. It was speedy and responsive.
