Very good coverage, long battery life.

Japan Wireless made renting the portable wifi easy, they had it delivered to my hotel and when leaving it was simple to drop off at the airport mail box. The price was fine and it was great having internet everywhere we went, especially in the subway. I would recommend renting from them.

Affordable, easy to use and great service. Would definitely use again if visiting Japan.

Having pocket Wifi during my trip to Japan was very helpful, I'm glad I ordered it. I selected for it to be delivered to my hotel which was very easy and better option than picking it up at the airport. Ordering online and mailing it back was semi easy. Had to be careful entering my hotel address in the format Japan lists addresses. And the local street mailboxes didn't have big slots for the large return envelopes, so I had my guide mail it back for me. The extra charging battery was needed on a long travel day, I'm glad that was included along with pouch, cord, and adaptor. I'd order from Japan wireless again, and recommend getting pocket Wifi for traveling in Japan.

We ordered pocket wifi online and it was in our hotel room when we arrived. It was so handy whilst we were travelling around Japan, and reasonably priced. I would wholeheartedly recommend.
