This was a user friendly process from start to finish. The device was at our hotel when we arrived, set up took about 30 seconds, coverage was excellent throughout our stay, and the return could not have been easier.

Easy to use and reliable service. My family of four all connected to the pocket Wi-Fi and never had issues. It was great to have the backup battery charger as well. I will never travel to another country without one.

Excellent service. Efficient pick up and drop off at airport and good value for money. Perfect for our family holiday.

We would not have known what to do without this portable WiFi. It’s a must have for traveling Japan, was absolutely reliable, very easy to use and the price was absolutely reasonable. Fully recommended!

This was/ is cheaper than having to access my data in a foreign country. The process was seamless. I have recommended this to my friends and to those who care to listen. My family of 5 each with our own devices was very happy.
