Perfect, great help on our Japan visit.

I made a mistake returning the pocket Wifi, and when I emailed Japan Wireless they responded quickly and were able to help me fix the problem.

Amazing signal no matter where we went in Japan. However, given we did need to use wifi a lot for directions, the wifi box would get hot and drain. Considering this it did last longer than you would think. We did not have to plug it into the power bank until the late afternoon. The only real issue was sometimes the charging cord was not working unless we held it at a certain angle which was very frustrating… Overall, great experience and will use again when I return to Japan!

Thank you Japan Wireless for keeping me connected while I was in Japan for the famed Japanese Summer Festival this July! The power bank that came with the Pcket WiFi came in very handy especially on long days out. Cheers!

We used the Japan Wireless hotspot during our family trip to Japan this summer. It was very easy to use and super helpful for all of our navigation needs, locating touring and restaurant spots, as well as frequent use of Google translate. Highly recommend!

The product arrived to our hotel, and was given to us upon check-in. The device worked very well for the two weeks we were in Japan. I would highly recommend this product.
