Worked fine and keeping it as well as its battery charged was easy. WE felt we had added flexibility with the WIFI. In retrospect I wish I had rented two so communication between us would have been easier.

Used them three times now. Excellent and high speed internet as always.

I always used this wifi whenever I go to Japan.

Ever since I started using their services a couple of years ago I always get them for my trip to Japan. Always reliablr and hassle free.

Ravie de ma pocket wifi.
Capte partout.
J'ai apprécié de pouvoir retirer le matériel à 22h00, à l'aéroport.
La restitution dans une boîte aux lettres est également facile.

Funziona perfettamente.
Facile da trasportare

Great SIM
Could b clearer set up instructions but once installed we have had no problems at all.

Seamless Nd easy. Great coverage for Google maps all over Japan in our hire car.

we took alot of trains and hiked. This helped us navigate to all our places.

Worked exactly as expected. Pick up and drop off were simple, service was reliable. Battery life met all our needs. We had as many as 6 devices using it at a time with no issues. Much more cost effective than getting and eSIM per person if you are travelling with a group. Very happy with our experience and would hesitate to use this product again on future trips.
