Simple, effective and easy process from beginning to end.

Worked great, would use again

Very good product and delivery. It is advertised that after x amount of GB it slows down which is true, but it was perfect for the amount of days I rented.

very useful device both for navigation and for phone calls with WhatsApp. It has coverage throughout the entire territory, very affordable price, never leaves you without coverage. Advised

I have used this service the second time. Now for 20 days. It worked everywhere I went. The experience was fast and reliable. It's nice to have Wifi everywhere you go.

Stayed for a week in Japan and the premium wifi pack kept me connected my entire trip. Two of us were connected to the device and it lasted the entire day. Only had issues in one spot around the imperial castle but that was just a one off thing. Everywhere else no problems at all. Highly recommend and will definitely get again for my next trip.

Perfect. The perfect solution for your trip!!

Fast internet connection and long battery life

You will never go wrong with Japan Wireless pocket wifi! I use this to connect 5 devices at a time and it work flawlessly. The pocket wifi's battery can lasts from 8am until midnight at 12. Connectivity is awesome. I went to a lot of villages around central Japan and I still get connection. Thanks Japan Wireless!

The second time hiring from Japan Wifi. We had an issue with 1 of the 4 units hired. Advised Japan wifi and they quickly refunded the cost of the unit. Couldnt be happier with their service.
