Excellent. Battery lasts all day long. Just once ran out of energy, but the extra battery was enough to be connected

Having to get around places these days requires digital access.
While for the most they were dependable...there seems to be a bit of room for improvement.
But! I'm not going to blame their services for this.
I feel that part of the problem has to do with my security settings for apps like Google.
Having to navigate with Google Maps proved to be challenging at times.
Signal for the wifi was good and so glad to have it.
Battery life was great for 8 hours walking around, had to charge after, but was very nice to have that.

I definitely recommend going with them because their device was new, reliable, and fit our budget for the 16 days traveling throughout Japan.
I honestly have zero complaints.

My husband and I went to Japan for 3 weeks for our honeymoon and used Japan Wireless to stay connected. We never had a problem and the navigation speed allowed to us navigation and translation apps at any time!

Worked perfectly, very easy to start using and battery last hole day.

Great way to connect from touch down

The router operates perfectly and it is easy. Good customer service too.

It was great to have this Premium WiFi access because you can have several devices connected to it a tthe same time. It worked very well from connection point of view. Battery is okay, but depletion could be a bit slower.

I rented for 2.5 weeks. The pocket Wi-Fi was waiting for me at my hotel. It was easy to connect. 3 of us used it daily in our travels from Sapporo south to Fukuoka. We never had any problems. I highly recommend.

Used this wifi for around 3 weeks no issues at all battery life was great and was easy to use. worked great will be using it again the next time I go back to Japan!!
