Wifi pickup, use and return was simple and could not be more convenient. I highly recommend for anyone with high international data charges or not international plan. If only it were this simple in every country.

Quick and easy and very reliable

Wireless router was easy to setup and worked all throughout Japan. Easy drop off as well at the airport mail box

Easy pick up and drop off… so convenient.

I booked the wifi box online prior to our three week trip to Japan. We arrived in Japan and followed the directions provided by Japan wireless for pickup. The directions were very clear and pickup was easy. We used the wifi box for the entire trip. Every day our group of 4 would use the wifi box for travel directions, communicating with family back home with absolutely no issues at all. When our trip was over we followed the easy directions provided by Japan wireless for the return. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. Japan wireless even provided the return envelope with postage included. We returned the wifi at Narita airport prior to departure. This was our third trip to Japan and we always use Japan wireless wifi box and it has never let us down. I would highly recommend using the wifi box.

Turned it on put it in my backpack, spent the whole 8 days sightseeing in Japan with no issues in good and bad weather. There were 6 people connected to it.
