Pocket wifi was waiting for me at the hotel on the day of arrival and had clear instructions and easy drop off at the airport with maps on where the post box is on each terminal was great and stress free.

Second time I have rented pocket wifi; love it. Dependable reception and long battery life, never had to use battery back-up. Would turn on when leaving hotel and use all day and more dependable than Shinkansen or station wifi's. Would rent again next time. Thanks!
