Ordered online and picked up at Haneda without any problems. Everything worked straight away out of the box. We travelled for 2 weeks through Japan and we didn't have a single dropout.
Posted everything back in the provided envelope at Kansai International Airport in the mail box just beside the check in desks.

Great coverage
The device was amazing. The connection was very good as well. My girlfriend ended up using the device as well. However, I did have few instances where I had to reset the device.
