Can recommend. Easy to use and easy pickup aswell.

We had no issues whatsoever with our Premium WiFi for 10 days on our recent family holiday to Japan. Picked up from Narita airport and dropped back at Osaka International. Great value for money and perfect for the family as everyone had access to wifi 24/7. Would absolutely recommend and will use this service again on our next visit.

Very user friendly, ordering, payment, delivery is handled over the net. Pickup the router at the airport or hotel as you wish. Return of the equipment is through standard mail in a self addressed supplied envelope. Just drop it in any red mailbox at the airport before going through security.

Ordering a Japan wireless router is the first thing on my list when planning a visit to Japan.

This is the way to go. I would not go with any other company. This was so easy. Pick up at Haneda airport and drop off there too.

Best thing since sliced bread. No worries about data, easy for phones to hook up on. Invaluable item for navigating around Japan. Google maps n google translate.
Wish they hsd thid i our own country where inyernet is a shocker. Fits in your handbag plus extra battery. Nestly presented n just drop off in letterbox when finished.

This gadget gave me peace of mind in ensuring constant free WiFi wherever I went. Found it just a tad awkward to set up initially but eventually managed it. Lasted all day with recharging overnight. Small enough to carry around and returned it by simply posting at the airport. Well with the money and would use again should I return to Japan.

I rented a Japan Wireless Pocket wifi for three weeks this past September 2024. Overall the experience was very good. The pick-up process at Narita Airport was both convenient and efficient. We enjoyed solid coverage throughout our trip in Japan. The drop-off process into a public mail box was easy and also very convenient.
