Good service and easy to use

Quick, great, amazing service!

It was very easy to pick up the product at the airport. The WiFi was not that good as I lost connection several times during the rental period.

I've used Japan-wireless several times on my trips to Japan. I've never had any issues with the product or their service. I would recommend this guys to anyone who needs Wifi in Japan.

Perfect service for the pocket WiFi . They even provide a extra battery in case the pocket WiFi is low on battery .

Great communication from delivery to hotel as well as the return reception of the device. Every provided and device worked great

Always my 1st choice when travelling to Japan. Highly recommended.

The wifi pick up instructions were easy to follow, as were the return instructions. The wifi worked great, and the battery life was very good. The cord that came with the kit was the wrong jack size. They were very helpful on the phone and were willing to deliver the correct cord to the hotel. I was able to borrow a cord that fit into the wifi for charging from a friend.

The WiFi package was waiting for me when I arrived at the airport. The wireless connection and speed were great throughout my 2 week trip to Tokyo. I appreciated the included portable battery. Return was simple since the company included a pre-filled envelop for me to just pop into a mailbox at the airport. Had no issues whatsoever. 10/10 would choose this company again.

Japan-wireless has never failed me in terms of the quality of their service and product time and time again. A definite must-have whenever you're traveling to Japan.

Don't even consider the others. Japan-wireless is where it's at!
