Seamless connectivity and enough battery power with additional power banks to last at least 12 hours. Will recommend to friends. Return process is also very easy and convenient, just drop off at mail post box at airport before departure.

Easy online ordering, straightforward collection at Narita, clear set up instructions, a steady signal even in the depths of the Tokyo and Osaka subway systems, long battery life - what's not to recommend?!? Will definitely use JW on our next trip to Japan!

It was so easy to use and working from the second we got it. Battery lasted for about 16 hours on the go, and we only had to use the extra battery once when we forgot to charge it. Coverage was good wherever we went. Being able to post it at the airport was easy too
