Very easy process. Got delivered to the hotel and was just to post to return at the airport. I give it 5/5 stars and would really recommend!!

Worked very well and the delivery was great as it came straight to our airbnb

we cannot fault the service offered by Japan Wireless.

I have rented from Japan Wireless many times in 2022 & now again in 2023.

This company is OUTSTANDING!

Great device and service!

conveniently delivered to my hotel front desk for pick up, new device with usb c charging, battery lasts all day and comes with a power bank too. Return was convenient with an envelope i could drop off at my hotel concierge. Two thumbs up

Great service, hassle free and convenient drop off

From the pick up to the dropoff. No complaints. The device lasted for about 16hours which was more than enough but the power bank was a great extra to carry around for when needed. We never used the hotel Wifi because we had reliable internet all the time and everywhere.

Siempre que voy los alquilo, todo genial
Fácil y cómodo

I've been an avid user of Japan Wireless for my pocket WiFi needs, and to date they have never failed me. Internet coverage has always been very good, regardless on whether you're driving through the winding mountains of Aomori, or riding the subway underneath Tokyo. The pocket WiFi that I receive always works without fail, and they always provide a power bank just in case. Overall, I highly recommend Japan Wireless for your go to site for pocket WiFi.
